Nick Nurse finds some teaching moments for Sixers in preseason loss

Coach Nick Nurse finds plenty of teaching moments for the Philadelphia 76ers after their preseason opening loss.

CAMDEN, N.J. — The Philadelphia 76ers opened the preseason with a 114-106 loss to the Boston Celtics on the road. There were a number of good moments, most notably, the play of Jaden Springer.

The third-year guard showed off the continued progression of his game as a young player. Tyrese Maxey also had a number of good moments.

However, coach Nick Nurse found numerous teachable moments as well. A few things stood out to him as the Sixers returned to practice on Tuesday.
