There are few rookies in the NFL, regardless of where they were drafted, having a better preseason than Steelers fourth-round pick Nick Herbig. The Steelers enjoy their Badgers, and are once again finding success with Madison draft picks.
On Saturday against the Buffalo Bills, Herbig continued his preseason tear as he put together a number of solid reps on tape. Last week against the Buccaneers, Herbig had 1.5 sacks.
The former Badger had 11.0 sacks and 15.5 tackles in 11 games last season for Wisconsin.
He will start his career as a backup pass rusher, but it is looking harder and harder to keep him off the field because of reps like this:
