Sunday’s Week 12 action had a little bit of everything, including a classic mind-boggling decision by Dallas Cowboys coach Jason Garrett.
We saw the Washington Redskins edge the Detroit Lions (who are now historically bad at holding leads) and then after the game Joe Theisman got mad at Redskins rookie QB Dwayne Haskins for taking selfies with fans. Calm down, Joe.
We saw a guy with the first name Duck come in for the Steelers at QB and lead the team to a win over the winless Bengals.
And we saw the Seattle Seahawks stay perfect on the road this season with a win over Carson Wentz and the dreadful Philadelphia Eagles.
Speaking of those Eagles… let’s look at the good, the bad, and the hilarious from Sunday’s action:
Worst job of celebrating: Philadelphia Eagles defense.
Nothing like a team celebration in the end-zone while being down by 14 in the 4th quarter lol pic.twitter.com/imJJ93cEJ0

So yeah, maybe don’t celebrate that much when you’re down 14 POINTS IN THE FOURTH QUARTER. Not a great look there for the Eagles.
Best job of talking trash about Jerry Jones while wearing a turtleneck: Rob Gronkowski.

The former Patriots star had fans making a ton of jokes about his wardrobe during his appeareances on Fox on Sunday. But this rant about the Cowboys was even better than that turtleneck.
Worst job of being a NFL ref: Whoever called this tripping on the Cowboys.
This was called “tripping” on the Cowboys on 3rd and 1 with the game on the line #DALvsNE pic.twitter.com/4raz37NtPI
— Bad Sports Refs (@BadSportsRefs) November 25, 2019
This terrible call cost the Cowboys a lot in what was basically their last drive of the game. Brutal. Be better, refs.
Best one-handed catch by a random guy on the sidelines: This fella in Chicago.

Dude didn’t even consider dropping his cord while making an easy grab. Many people thought the Eagles should give him a call.
Worst job of holding a lead: Detroit Lions.
Detroit Lions become just the third team all-time to hold a lead in each of its first 11 games, and win three or fewer. (1987 Giants, 2004 Chiefs) pic.twitter.com/rahYTE8KFJ

Well, that’s not good.
Most emotional postgame meeting: Shaq Lawson and Connor McGovern.
Shaq Lawson went OFF on Denver OL Connor McGovern on the field after the game. Shaq said McGovern told him he'd never heard of him. Shaq responded with two sacks.

I’m pretty sure Connor McGovern knows who Shaq Lawson is now.
The most Mitch Trubisky throw ever: This Int.

The No. 2 pick of the 2017 NFL Draft had all that time and… threw that pass? Yeesh.
Classiest postgame interview after passing Barry Sanders in career rushing yards: Frank Gore.
"All my linemen, I want to tell them thank you. Thank you for every block, every play call. I really appreciate it. I'm blessed."
Frank Gore was emotional after passing Barry Sanders on the all-time rushing list 🙌🙌 @frankgore

Frank Gore = Great guy.
Best job of jumping over a teammate after they scored a TD: David Moore.
David Moore is even showing off that athleticism during a celly 😱💯 @DmoeSwagg23 pic.twitter.com/TzkdfsSPJ1
— The Checkdown (@thecheckdown) November 24, 2019
David Moore can freakin’ fly.
Best celebration by an old QB: Ryan Fitzpatrick.
Ryan Fitzpatrick's celebrations belong in the Louvre pic.twitter.com/6F6scOBo8m
— The Checkdown (@thecheckdown) November 24, 2019
Fitzpatrick had a little fun on his 37th birthday as he threw 2 TDs and, most importantly, the Dolphins lost again to help their draft status.
Best job of sneaking a whole pumpkin pie into a game: This Bears fan.
This fan snuck an ENTIRE pumpkin pie into the game 😂🥧

I mean… getting a pie in must be hard but how’d he get that bottle of whipped cream in past security.
Best TD catch by a really big person: Bucs DT Vita Vea.
#Buccaneers Vita Vea is 6-4, 347 pounds. So they threw him the ball.
This is a BIG man TD.pic.twitter.com/pTC3QFO3mo

Vita Vea, who’s listed at 346 pounds, became the heaviest player in NFL history to catch a touchdown. Hopefully he treated himself to a nice meal after such an accomplishment.
