NFL teams think Broncos might trade a wide receiver

The Broncos have had trade talks with teams about Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy and KJ Hamler, according to ESPN.

The Denver Broncos made some big splashes on the offensive line on the first day of the NFL’s free agency negotiating period.

Now the team might be on the verge of trading away a wide receiver to add more draft picks and salary cap space.

Multiple NFL teams believe the Broncos could trade a receiver this offseason, according to a report from ESPN’s Dan Graziano.

Last week, ESPN’s Dianna Russini reported that Denver has received trade calls about Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy. Graziano confirmed that and noted that KJ Hamler has also been mentioned in trade talks this offseason.

“The Broncos are asking high prices, not just dumping, but it’s not out of the question one gets moved,” Graziano tweeted on Monday.

Last year, multiple teams tried to make a deal with Denver for Jeudy before the NFL’s trade deadline but couldn’t reach an agreement with the team.

It sounds like the Broncos are holding firm on their asking price, so if the team does trade a WR, expect a good return.
