The Jacksonville Jaguars breezed through the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6, taking a double-digit lead with two touchdowns in a 16-second span early in the second quarter and never letting their AFC South rival back in the game.
After three straight wins, the Jaguars are 4-2 and all alone atop their division heading into a Thursday night game against the New Orleans Saints.
But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows in Jacksonville right now. The team was a little frustrated with its sluggish finish to the 37-20 win Sunday. It suffered some concerning injuries as cornerback Tyson Campbell is unlikely to play in Week 7 and quarterback Trevor Lawrence’s status is up in the air.
Still, the Jaguars are looking more and more like the team that was expected to be a legitimate AFC contender in 2023.
