Devin White is gone after five years of up-and-down play that fell short of the expectations that come along with being the No. 5 overall pick, opening up a spot in the starting lineup alongside David, who is back on another one-year deal at 34 years old.
K.J. Britt has the inside track to win that spot, but he’ll have a worthy challenger in fifth-round pick SirVocea Dennis, who flashed some intriguing potential as a rookie last year.
