Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill might have made the touchdown catch of the year on Sunday night… but it didn’t count because nobody knew he caught it, including Hill.
Hill broke behind the Broncos’ defense with his incredible speed and then made the catch in the end zone after it bounced off himself and then landed on him. The ball never hit the ground and stayed in his chest after Hill fell to the ground.
The refs called it incomplete and Hill ran to the sidelines thinking he had dropped it. The Chiefs then quickly punted the ball away before even considering to throw a challenge flag.

The Chiefs had plenty of time to challenge that:
The Chiefs had 25 seconds on the playclock when they punted without challenging the clear TD catch by Tyreek Hill.

NFL Twitter had reactions:
Tyreek Hill is officially the first WR in the 101-year history of the @NFL that did NOT think he caught the ball.

Man, you gotta feel for Chiefs fans. They’re probably going to have to wait a full 90 seconds before the team scores again to make up for that missed challenge.
