Despite all the objections from NFL fans seemingly every week, there doesn’t seem to be any end in sight to all the ridiculous taunting calls going against players who are doing next to nothing to their opponents.
It happened again on Thursday night.
In the fourth quarter of the Philadelphia Eagles’ eventual loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Birds were down 28-22, and a tackle from Genard Avery on Leonard Fournette resulted in a little big of post-hit extra-curriculars (even that might be exaggerating it a bit!).
A flag flew for taunting, and the Eagles went on to lose. Fans were mad again!
