Aaron Rodgers almost retired during the offseason before finally deciding to return to Green Bay for another year.
So how are things going in his season opener against the Saints? Not great, Bob!
Rodgers, the reigning NFL MVP, has thrown two interceptions thus far and, at the time of this writing, has his team trailing Jameis Winston and the Saints 38-3 early in the fourth quarter.
Rodgers hasn’t looked like his normal, dominant self out there for the first three quarters. If you want to know exactly how bad it has been for Rodgers just look at this very wild stat for the star QB:

Yikes.
Things got worse:

Double yikes.
Rodgers was later benched in the fourth quarter for Jordan Love. who would have likely been the starter if Rodgers left or retired during the offseason.
The #Packers have benched Aaron Rodgers.
Jordan Love is in the game.
Rodgers finished with 0 TDs, 2 INTs, 36.8 QB Rating.
