NFL fans crushed Doug Pederson for putting Nate Sudfeld in at QB

NFL Twitter wasn’t impressed.

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson pulled a fast one on the New York Giants and everyone watching Sunday night’s game when he pulled starting QB Jalen Hurts early in the fourth quarter for Nate Sudfeld, who hadn’t played in a game since 2018 and had only played in three games in his 4-year NFL career.

The Eagles went on to lose the game, 20-14. which gave Washington the NFC East title and ended the Giants season.

Pederson gave a lame explanation for his decision after the game.

Cris Collinsworth ripped the Eagles for it during the game.
