NFL Draft: 26 first-round picks have been assigned their numbers

Another 12 first-rounders have been assigned NFL jersey numbers, bringing the total to 26.

There was no reason to think Chase Young would keep his No. 2 from Ohio State in the NFL. That number is not positionally fitting for a defensive lineman. So, the former Buckeye star had to choose different digits and he went with 99.
