Matt Rhule moves up from the Baylor Bears to the Carolina Panthers. He has a mighty job righting this team, which collapsed despite having a strong coach in Ron Rivera and great back in Christian McCaffery. It will be fascinating to see what direction the college coach goes with his first pro pick. Another team that found its place with a 5-11 mark.
