This is not where Anthony Lynn and the Chargers anticipated selecting before the 2019 season. They were considered a Super Bowl contender. However, the Bolts fell flat and wound up with a slew of bad losses and a 5-11 mark. Quarterback seems to be a primary need with Philip Rivers off to the Indianapolis Colts.
