NFC South standings: Falcons fall, Saints move into first place entering Week 10

The Atlanta Falcons began the season with a ton of promise but after losing five of their last seven games, it’s clear the wheels are starting to fall off. Sunday’s loss to the Minnesota Vikings was a new low and as a result, the Falcons no longer lead the NFC South.

The New Orleans Saints defeated the Chicago Bears in Week 9 to leapfrog Atlanta in the division standings. Meanwhile, both the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers lost on Sunday.

Here’s a look at the updated NFC South standings going into Week 10 of the 2023 NFL season.
