The BLUE JAYS (-154) have the closest thing to a full lineup they’ve had for most of the season. SS Bo Bichette and RP Ken Giles are both back from the injured list to bolster the offense and late-inning relief pitching.
Toronto won 3-2 Saturday in Bichette’s return following an 18-1 win for New York (+140) in Friday’s series opener.
The Mets (.781 OPS) fare slightly better against left-handed pitching than the Blue Jays (.768), but Ryu is the more experienced and better of the two lefty starters.
Take the BLUE JAYS (-154) with Ryu likely to pitch deeper into the game before being relieved by the better bullpen.
Run line/Against the spread (ATS)
