The New York Giants, home to several former Georgia Bulldogs, are releasing linebacker Alec Ogletree. Ogletree had 80 tackles and sack this past season for the Giants.
Along with Ogletree, the Giants are letting go of Kareem Martin. The Giants announced the move today:

Ogletree will be a coveted free agent and should find a new home very quickly. Ogletree is entering his eighth career season in the NFL. He spent his first five seasons with the Los Angeles Rams before they traded him to New York.
