The New York Giants (0-1) meet the Cleveland Browns (1-0) Sunday for a 1 p.m. ET kickoff at FirstEnergy Stadium. Below, we look at the Giants vs. Browns odds and lines, and make our best NFL picks, predictions and bets.
The Giants were upended by the rival New York Jets in their preseason opener 12-7 in a defensive battle. Big Blue was only able to manage 58 passing yards and 105 rushing yards and their only score came from QB Clayton Thorson late in the fourth quarter.
The Browns went down to Jacksonville and topped the Jaguars 23-13, holding a 13-0 advantage at halftime and 16-0 lead through three quarters. The reserves gave up most of the production to Jacksonville after the game was already decided.

Giants at Browns odds, lines, picks and predictions
Prediction
Browns 22, Giants 16
Money line
The Browns (-220) will cost you more than two times your potential return and that’s too risky in a preseason affair.
AVOID, and look to the spread instead.
Against the spread
The BROWNS -4.5 (-110) top units on the depth chart looked good on the road against the Jags last weekend while the G-Men were rather sluggish against the Jets. Expect to see a little more of the first unit for Cleveland, which is a good thing for bettors. Back the home side.
Over/Under
OVER 35.5 (-105) is the slight lean here although the Over was a risky play in Week 1 of the preseason. Defenses reigned supreme with the Under going 13-3.
However, the Browns were one of the more functional offenses, both at the top and bottom of the depth chart, last week. This won’t be a track meet but we should see a total in the higher 30s.
