New UFC 249 poster adds Cejudo vs. Cruz second title fight

UFC 249 was on, then off, then back on again, and as such it has necessitated a new piece of key promotional material.

A new UFC 249 poster is out – not that places like bars and restaurants have much use for it. The artwork stayed mostly the same as the previous version, but with one key change.

Joining the interim lightweight title fight between Tony Ferguson and Justin Gaethje is a bantamweight title bout between champion Henry Cejudo and former champ Dominick Cruz.

The revamped UFC 249 card is set to go down May 9 at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Fla. Despite stay-at-home orders in place throughout most of the country, the state of Florida has deemed things like a UFC event to be an essential piece of business – opening the door for the promotion to put on an event there, but without fans.
