Much of what has driven the Boston Celtics recent success has been tightening the team’s rotation to just eight players at the same time the Celtics made a series of aggressive deals at the 2022 NBA trade deadline to consolidate the talent of their bench.
The end result has drastically changed the level of play this iteration of Boston’s roster is capable of, but how do they rate against the rest of the league, many of whom also did a lot of work on the trade market this month to a much more notorious degree. The Brooklyn Nets, Philadelphia 76ers, and Milwaukee Bucks all come to mind, and Bleacher Report’s Andy Bailey decided to rank the starting lineups of every team in the NBA as a quick and dirty way to try and find out.
