New first pitch time for Tennessee-Gonzaga series-opener

A new first pitch time has been announced for the Tennessee-Gonzaga baseball series-opener.

No. 2 Tennessee (8-2) will host Gonzaga (1-7), Friday-Sunday, at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

First pitch for Friday’s series-opener has been changed to 7 p.m. EST. The series-opener was slated to start at 6:30 p.m. EST.

“Due to the current weather forecast, tonight’s first pitch has been moved back 30 minutes to 7 p.m. EST,” the University of Tennessee announced.

Game No. 2 between Tennessee and Gonzaga is scheduled for 6 p.m. EST on Saturday, while Sunday’s series finale is slated for 1 p.m. EST.

All games can be watched on SEC Network+. Andy Brock (Friday, play-by-play), Roger Hoover (Saturday and Sunday, play-by-play) and Cody Hawn (analyst) will be on the call.
