It is a new era for Nevada Wolf Pack football with Ken Wilson taking over the helm of this team as he is replacing the outgoing Jay Norvell. During Mountain West media days, the Wolf Pack announced a trio of new helmets for this upcoming season.
The main helmet this season would be navy with a silver facemask and it brings back the wolf logo on both sides of the helmet. Under Norvell’s tenure, the helmets had Pack written in script. This 2022 version is one that was used when Wilson was at Nevada previously as an assistant coach.
All three of these helmets look amazing. The white helmet with the Pack written in script looks clean. The matte blue helmet and the silver helmet with the navy blue Wolf Pack logo is also a very clean look.
All three would work well as a primary helmet but teams now have multiple helmets and uniform combinations to mix things up. The Nevada Wolf Pack are doing things right with these three helmet styles.
