Nets vs. Grizzlies: Prediction, point spread, odds, over/under, betting picks

Our prediction and best bet for Monday’s Nets vs. Grizzlies game, with odds from @Tipico Sportsbook.

Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies visit the Barclays Center to face Kevin Durant and the Nets on Monday, and if you’re looking to do some last-minute betting research, you’re in luck! We’ll give you the latest point spread, money line odds and over-under number, as well as the information you’ll need to make the smartest bet at Tipico Sportsbook.

The game tips off at 7:30 p.m. ET and can be seen on NBA TV, YES Network (Nets) and Bally Sports Southeast (Grizzlies).

The Nets (23-11) have lost consecutive games at home against the 76ers and Clippers, and they’ll face a difficult test against a Grizzlies (23-13) team that has won four consecutive games.

Advice and prediction

You can expect the Nets to play with a bit more fire and urgency on Monday night after Kevin Durant called out the team for having the wrong attitude against the Clippers, but they’re facing a very tough Grizzlies squad that, despite their long injury list, has not lost a game by seven points or more since December 8. Nets -6.5 feels like a big spread, and I think the backcourt combo of Morant and Desmond Bane can keep this one close, if not win outright.

Take the Grizzlies to cover, and the under is also the right play. Memphis has gone under 228.5 in six of their last seven games, and the Nets should play more committed defense against a playoff-caliber squad.

Prediction: Nets 114, Grizzlies 110
