Nets vs. Grizzlies highlights: Short-handed Nets edged in overtime

See the highlights from the Nets’ 116-111 overtime loss to the Grizzlies.

The Brooklyn Nets were without three star players on Monday night against the Grizzlies, as Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving were held out of the game for “injury recovery” and rest, respectively, and Spencer Dinwiddie missed his first game after suffering a partially torn ACL.

The Grizzlies had to deal with a major injury problem of their own on Monday, as Ja Morant suffered an ankle injury and was taken to the locker room in a wheelchair. A 28-point performance from Kyle Anderson and a 24-point night from Dillon Brooks kept Memphis in the game, though, and the Grizzlies beat the Nets 116-111 in overtime to drop Brooklyn to 2-2 on the season.

Caris LeVert led the Nets with 28, and Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot added 21. The Nets will return to the floor on Wednesday night at home against the Hawks.

Here are the highlights from Monday’s loss.
