Nets vs. Blazers game scheduled for Thursday night gets postponed

The Nets’ trip to Portland has been postponed, which means Brooklyn’s next scheduled game is in Los Angeles on Christmas Day.

Unfortunately, the Brooklyn Nets’ third game of the week has been postponed. This time around, it was their Thursday night matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers. Although this may seem like the end of the world, it may be a blessing in disguise, because Damian Lillard is having one of those annoying scoring runs where he basically shows no mercy. In his last three games, he’s averaging 38 points on 55% shooting from the field.

With that being said, Brooklyn will be better off facing the Blazers star when he’s not this hot. On top of that, the chemistry on this Nets team isn’t even close to its peak. Although it’s enough for first in the East, as each day goes by, the more it will improve – whether it’s on or off the court. Plus, Nets players can get rest in the meantime as well. It’s going to add up in the end.

As of right now, Steve Nash has only have eight available players.
