Don’t let the standings and the records fool you, the Brooklyn Nets have their backs against the wall yet again. With eight players out due to COVID-protocols along with Kyrie Irving and Joe Harris, their next challenge will be against Atlantic Division rival Philadelphia.
There’s no doubt the Sixers are willing to use every advantage that they have going into this matchup against the Nets, however, Brooklyn is not backing away from any challenge and they showed that on Tuesday.
What this game will really test is if the Nets are who they say they are. As the first seed in the East, they must overcome their circumstances and find a way. Brooklyn is going to have to dig deep, but it’s possible.
