Nets Report Card: First quarter of 2019-20 season

The Brooklyn Nets are through the first quarter of their 2019-20 schedule. Nets Wire assesses how the players have performed so far.

Theo Pinson

Like Nwaba, he was on pace for an incomplete.

Pinson barely played before Irving got hurt. He’s playing out of position, but he’s doing what Brooklyn needs him to do defensively.

The Nets don’t expect him to be an efficient scorer, which he hasn’t been. But he has facilitated well while Irving has been out.
