A Nebraska recruit has been offered a preferred walk-on spot with the Cornhuskers. Nolan Fennessy made the announcement on his social media page.

He received the offer from Omar Hales, Nebraska’s Director of Player Personnel.

After a great conversation with (Omar Hales), I have received a PWO to continue my athletic and academic career at the University of Nebraska.

Fennessy is a 6-foot-4, 240-pound defensive lineman for Norfolk Catholic. Last season, NCHS went 13-0 and won the Class C2 state championship.

The prospect has received offers from Wayne State College and Sioux Falls. He has also earned looks from North Dakota State and North Dakota.
