The Nebraska Cornhuskers are the latest program to offer 2027 tight end Mark Bowman. On Tuesday, the Huskers extended an offer to the 6-foot-5 Bowman, who attends California powerhouse Mater Dei in Santa Ana, California.
Despite being only a 2027 prospect, Bowman has put together a tremendous offer sheet, including Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, Miami (FL), Ole Miss, Ohio State, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, USC, Utah, and Washington.
Bowman appeared in eight varsity games as a freshman. In those eight appearances, he made 11 catches for 125 yards and four touchdowns.
The Cornhuskers currently do not hold any commitments in their 2027 recruiting class. Matt Rhule and the company are currently focused on their 2025 recruiting class, which holds 16 commitments, including picking up a commitment from Texas defensive back Bryson Webber over the weekend.
