The countdown to kickoff to Nebraska’s 2024 season continues to near the 50 day mark with just 52 days remaining till August 31.
Today’s player profile features Huskers linebacker Dylan Rogers. A 6-foot-3, 235-pound redshirt freshman out of Cypress, Texas.
Rogers was a consensus three-star prospect in the 2023 recruiting cycle for the Huskers, committing to the program over offers from Colorado, Houston, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisville, Memphis, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Texas, and Texas Tech among others.
In his first season in Lincoln, Rogers did not see the field. In 2024, he’ll compete to be a part of the program’s rotation at linebacker. It is possible that the Texas native makes his collegiate debut at some point this upcoming fall.
