Nebraska becomes third school to offer rising wide receiver

Nebraska has offered a rising 2027 wide receiver from Missouri.

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are the third program to offer a rising wide receiver out of St. Louis, Missouri.

On Wednesday, Lutheran North standout Chance McPike Jr., a 6-foot-1, 175-pound wide receiver, announced an offer from the Huskers. He received the offer after a discussion with Nebraska Director of Player Personnel Keith Williams.

The Huskers are the third program to offer the 2027 recruit, joining Tennessee and the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Nebraska does not hold any commitments in their 2027 recruiting class or 2026 recruiting class, as Matt Rhule and his staff continue to focus on the 2025 recruiting cycle, which currently holds 18 commitments.
