The clock hadn’t even struck 7 a.m. yet and Boulder was buzzing in anticipation of the Buffaloes’ biggest home game in years.
Fans were quickly making their way to campus, the tailgating tents were out and students had already begun congregating around Folsom Field’s south gates. At the heart of campus, Fox’s “Big Noon Kickoff” set graced Farrand Field as yet another indication of Colorado football being back in the national spotlight.
Needless to say, the hype is real for Colorado’s home opener against rival Nebraska.
