NBA Twitter reacts to Sixers falling to Rockets in James Harden’s return

NBA Twitter gave its best reactions as the Philadelphia 76ers fell to the Houston Rockets in the return of James Harden.

The Philadelphia 76ers received some good news as they entered the Toyota Center on Monday to finish the road trip against the Houston Rockets. They learned James Harden would return to the lineup for the first time since Nov. 2 after he missed 14 games with a right foot tendon strain.

The Beard had 21 points, but he did not shoot the ball well. He shot 4-for-19 from the floor with all four of his made field goals being from deep. He shot 9-for-10 from the free-throw line, and he had seven assists as the offensive flow for the Sixers looked good. However, he also had seven turnovers in a 132-123 double overtime loss to the Rockets (7-17).

Joel Embiid had 39 points and seven rebounds before fouling out, and Tobias Harris added 27 points while drilling seven triples. It was a game the Sixers probably shouldn’t have lost, and NBA Twitter had reactions.
