NBA summer league: Former Vols’ update

The NBA’s MGM Resorts summer league tipped off Sunday in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The league runs through Aug. 17 with games being played at Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Arena.

All 30 NBA teams are competing in Las Vegas.

Former University of Tennessee players in the summer league this season include: Admiral Schofield (Atlanta); Kyle Alexander (Phoenix); Jordan Bone (Indiana); Jordan Bowden (Brooklyn); Keon Johnson (Los Angeles Clippers); Jaden Springer (Philadelphia) and Yves Pons (Memphis).

Schofield made his summer league debut for the Hawks on Sunday in their 85-83 loss to Boston. He totaled seven rebounds and four assists.
