NBA rules Jrue Holiday’s non-shooting foul on Marcus Smart was correct

Jay King: The NBA ruled that Jrue Holiday’s foul on Marcus Smart with 4.6 seconds left was correctly deemed a non-shooting foul. League said the contact came “before (Smart was) bringing the ball upward toward the basket.”
