Former University of Tennessee basketball player Tobias Harris had a solid performance Friday as the top-seeded Philadelphia 76ers regained an upper hand in the NBA Eastern Conference semifinals.
Harris scored 22 points as Philadelphia captured a 127-111 victory over the No. 5 Hawks at State Farm Arena in Atlanta.
Harris started and played 38 minutes for the 76ers, who took a 2-1 lead in the series and regained homecourt advantage.
The former Vol had eight rebounds and five assists. He was 10-for-16 from the floor and made his lone field goal attempt from beyond the 3-point arc.
The series resumes Monday in Atlanta.
Tipoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. EDT and the game will be televised on TNT.
