NBA playoffs: Tobias Harris scores 20 points for Philadelphia

Tobias Harris leads 76ers with 20 points in playoff loss to Atlanta.

Former University of Tennessee basketball player Tobias Harris led his team in scoring in the NBA playoffs Monday.

Harris scored 20 points in Philadelphia’s, 103-100, loss at Atlanta in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The series is now tied 2-2.

Harris scored 14 points in the first half. The 76ers led by as many as 17 points and had a 62-49 halftime lead before the fifth-seeded Hawks came back.

Harris, who started and played 39 minutes for top-seeded Philadelphia, also recorded five rebounds, two assists and one block in the contest.

The former Volunteer went 8-for-15 from the floor and was 2-for-3 from beyond the 3-point arc. He made both of his free throw attempts.

The series will shift back to Philadelphia for Game 5 on Wednesday.

Tipoff is slated for 7:30 p.m. EDT and the contest will be televised on TNT.
