NBA Intel: What’s next for Knicks and Nets after Mikal Bridges trade?

Reporting on what’s next for the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets following the Mikal Bridges trade from Senior NBA Insider Michael Scotto.

The New York Knicks went all in on the Villanova Knicks theme by acquiring and reuniting Mikal Bridges with former Wildcats teammates Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, and Donte DiVincenzo for what they hope will be a championship pursuit in a blockbuster trade Tuesday night.

The Knicks will send Bojan Bogdanovic, four unprotected first-round picks (2025, 2027, 2029, 2031), a 2025 protected Milwaukee first-round pick (conveys if 5-30 range), a 2028 unprotected pick swap, and a 2025 second-round pick to the Brooklyn Nets for Bridges and a 2026 second-round pick, as first reported by ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and confirmed by HoopsHype.
