NBA G League Ignite: Kuminga, Green lead the way while Isaiah Todd emerges in Game 2

With the second game in the books for the Ignite, Rookie Wire took a look at how each of the high-profile prospects performed.

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Coming off a strong performance in his professional debut, Jonathan Kuminga followed that up with yet another dominating outing on Friday.

Kuminga scored a game-high 24 points, while adding six rebounds, four assists, two steals and one blocked shot in 30 minutes of work to lead the NBA G League Ignite to a 109-103 win over the OKC Blue.

The 18-year-old shot 7-of-15 from the field, including 2-of-5 from 3-point range.

While Kuminga once again played well, Ignite guard Jalen Green scored 21 points and five rebounds in the contest. Green erupted for 11 points alone in the third quarter, going a perfect 4-of-4 from the field.
