Before the conference finals stage of the playoffs get underway, the basketball world’s attention will quickly turn to the NBA Draft Lottery. On Tuesday, the 2023 draft order will be set by the annual lottery.
Once draft day takes centerstage in June, a player who shouldn’t have to wait long to hear his name called by Adam Silver is G League Ignite guard Scoot Henderson.
Before he lands on a new team for the future, one of the top ranked prospects in the 2023 draft class will lean on a member of the Golden State Warriors. According to Marc J Spears of ESPN and Andscape, Henderson will partner with Steph Curry for a mentorship and strategic alliance. As Henderson looks to build his off-court business and brand, he will get support from Curry, per Spears.
