It’s a new month so it’s time for a new batch of free games from your various subscription services. Those of you with Game Pass will get the following over the course of the next couple of weeks:
Today:
- Loot River (all platforms) – dungeon crawling action roguelike.
- NBA 2K22 (Cloud + Console) – the official basketball game.
May 5:
- Trek to Yomi (all platforms) – side-scrolling, black-and-white, action-adventure.
- Citizen Sleeper (all platforms) – open-ended depression RPG.
May 10:
- Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair (all platforms) – murder investigation visual novel.
- Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising (all platforms) – demo for upcoming 2023 action RPG.
- This War of Mine (all platforms) – war-time management sim.
May 12:
- NHL 22 (Console) – official ice hockey game.
These join a batch of updates and perks for various tiers of Game Pass subscription, which you can read online. There’s also a group of games leaving, so get them finished if you were interested.
