Since being selected in the first round of the 2021 NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody have been taking the next steps in their rookie campaigns.
Both Kuminga and Moody impressed during a stint in Las Vegas. During the summer league, the G League Ignite alum averaged 17.4 points on 39.7% shooting from the floor with 5.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.6 steals per game averages in four contests. Moody added 16.3 points per contest on 44.4% shooting from the field with 2.8 rebounds, 1.2 steals and an assist per game in four summer league contests.
Since the conclusion of the summer league, the new Golden State duo have been in the Bay Area. Moody has thrown out the first pitch for the Oakland Athletics and Kuminga has made an appearance at Chase Center for a workout.
Before training camp, the pair of rookies will get to find out where they stand in the latest edition of the NBA 2K video game — a staple for any new player in the association.
With the long-awaited release of NBA 2K21, the ratings for Kuminga and Moody have been revealed.
