The 2020-21 NBA season is here after a quick offseason. Although, for Brooklyn Nets fans, this season couldn’t get here fast enough.
It’s time for Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving to play alongside one another in NBA games that count. Nets fans got a taste of what Brooklyn’s dynamic duo can do in their preseason wins over the Washington Wizards and Boston Celtics, but neither Durant nor Irving played the amount of time they’re expected to on a nightly basis — not to mention both players hadn’t played in an NBA game for an extended period of time before the preseason, so there’s still more to come.
