NASCAR is set to arrive at North Wilkesboro Speedway for the 2024 All-Star Race. It represents the only date at the venue as the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series regular season takes a break for a non-points event. Last year, Kyle Larson beat Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick for his third All-Star Race victory. Larson dominated and led 145 of the 200 laps.

First, the Cup Series needs to qualify for the 2024 All-Star Race, and the format is very different from a usual race weekend. All-Star Race qualifying is three laps with a four-tire pit stop and pit road speed in effect. Meanwhile, All-Star Open qualifying is the regular best lap of two laps on the race track. The Pit Crew Competition will determine the pit stall selection for Sunday night’s event.
