NASCAR penalty report released for races at New Hampshire in 2024

NASCAR has revealed its penalty report for the races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 2024. Find out who has been penalized by NASCAR!

NASCAR has finished its only date at New Hampshire Motor Speedway during the 2024 season, as Christopher Bell swept the weekend. Bell was all good with inspections; however, one penalty is coming from the weekend in Loudon. Dennis Powell, car chief of the No. 42 car for Leland Honeyman in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, has been suspended for one race.

Powell will miss the Xfinity Series race at Nashville Superspeedway after a rear-axle violation was found on the No. 42 car. Specifically, the infraction states a violation of Sections 10.5.2.5.G: Loss or separation of an improperly installed rear axle from the vehicle. Honeyman ended up wrecked and finished in 37th place.

NASCAR hasn’t been forced to hand out many penalties over the last weeks. There was nothing on the penalty report at Iowa Speedway, with Powell being the only entry in New Hampshire. Now, NASCAR will look forward to the Ally 400 at Nashville and hope for no further penalties next week. The drivers and teams are ready to enter the Music City.
