Phoenix Raceway is the fourth race confirmed on the 2025 schedule as NASCAR announced Thursday it will remain the site of the championship finale.

Phoenix will host all three NASCAR national series from Oct. 31 through Nov. 2. It will be the sixth year the track has hosted championship weekend.

“Our fans are the heart and soul of Phoenix Raceway, and they create an unforgettable atmosphere for NASCAR Championship Weekend,” said Phoenix Raceway President Latasha Causey. “They fill the grandstands and hillside and pack the GEICO Gecko Campground, which is nothing short of the best camping experience in all of NASCAR. This makes NASCAR Championship Weekend at Phoenix Raceway an incredible celebration of our fans and our sport, and we can’t wait to keep the celebration going in 2025.”

There have been six consecutive sellouts for NASCAR Cup Series races at Phoenix Raceway. The track said Thursday there are a “limited number of tickets” remaining for the 2024 season finale set for Nov. 8-10.

Phoenix Raceway underwent a $178 million renovation project that was completed ahead of the fall 2018 race. Among new escalators and elevators, there were 45,000 grandstand seats added, 54 suites, a pedestrian tunnel, and a complete infield overhaul including new garages, media center, and victory lane.

There has been a different champion crowned each year at Phoenix Raceway. Chase Elliott was the first in 2020 followed by Kyle Larson in ’21, Joey Logano in ’22, and Ryan Blaney in ’23.

The 2025 season will begin Feb. 16 with the Daytona 500 on FOX. Prime Video begins its portion of the schedule May 25 with the Coca-Cola 600 before TNT Sports picks up with the summer Atlanta Motor Speedway race July 13.
