Check out NASCAR’s entry lists for this weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, including notable entries in the Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series.

NASCAR is fresh off an exciting weekend of racing at Martinsville Speedway, where the sport saw William Byron survive overtime for his third victory of the season. Now, the racing series is set for Texas Motor Speedway. All three NASCAR levels will participate on track, so let’s take a closer look at the entry lists released for Texas.

In the Cup Series, there are two significant changes after a 37-car field at Martinsville. Jimmie Johnson (Legacy Motor Club) and Austin Hill (Richard Childress Racing) join the show as open entries. Meanwhile, Kaz Grala (No. 15 for Rick Ware Racing) and Ty Dillon (No. 16 for Kaulig Racing) are the two drivers for the teams with no full-time driver and a charter.

The Xfinity Series sees an influx of young and veteran drivers, with Taylor Gray and Ryan Truex running for Joe Gibbs Racing. Most notably, Matt DiBenedetto (Viking Motorsports) goes for his third straight start, while Daniel Dye (Kaulig Racing) returns to the Xfinity Series. Overall, no one will miss the show with 38 entries at Texas.

Finally, the NASCAR Truck Series returns to action this weekend. Kyle Busch (Spire Motorsports) and Zane Smith (McAnally-Hilgemann Racing) are the two Cup Series veterans making select starts. Meanwhile, Johnny Sauter returns to the No. 45 truck for Niece Motorsports. Overall, every driver will make the show with 34 entries at Texas.

The race weekend in Texas will begin on Friday, April 12. NASCAR is returning to its one date in Fort Worth, Texas, and everyone is curious how it will look after last fall’s event in the playoffs.
