New Hampshire Motor Speedway is next for the NASCAR Cup Series, and Hendrick Motorsports will lead the field to the green flag. [autotag]Chase Elliott[/autotag] won the pole for the USA TODAY 301 at New Hampshire this weekend. Ryan Blaney will join Elliott on the front row for Sunday afternoon’s event. It is Elliott’s first pole position of the 2024 NASCAR season.
William Byron and Christopher Bell will follow the two drivers on the second row. Most notably, Noah Gragson, Chase Briscoe, Kyle Busch, and Erik Jones all qualified 20th or worse for Sunday’s event. This occurred because NASCAR was forced to cancel qualifying due to the weather. NASCAR hopes to have some practice today.
