Nashville Superspeedway is next for the NASCAR Cup Series, and Joe Gibbs Racing will lead the field to the green flag. [autotag]Denny Hamlin[/autotag] won the pole for the Ally 400 at Nashville this weekend. Josh Berry will join Hamlin on the front row for Sunday afternoon’s event. It is Hamlin’s second pole position of the 2024 NASCAR season.
Christopher Bell and Kyle Larson will follow the two drivers on the second row. Most notably, Ross Chastain, Bubba Wallace, Joey Logano, Kyle Busch, and Daniel Suarez all qualified 20th or worse for Sunday’s event. This occurred as the track was changing constantly during the qualifying runs. It also featured NASCAR’s debut of its new final round qualifying format.
