Nakoi Tuakoi decommits from Stanford, giving USC another shot at four-star prospect

USC has a second chance in this recruitment.

Four-star linebacker Nakoi Tuakoi decommitted from Stanford and is on the radar for USC in his recruitment.

Tuakoi currently holds 18 offers, with Arizona being the only other school he officially visited according to 247Sports. USC, Oregon State, Utah, BYU and Oregon are all schools he holds offers from.

The Oakland native ranks as the No. 291 player in the country and the No. 22 edge rusher. He is the No. 24 player in the state of California, according to 247Sports.

He’s planning to be busy in the coming weeks and has mentioned possible trips to USC, UCLA, Utah, BYU and Arizona in addition to Notre Dame.

He expects to make his final decision shortly before or after his senior season.
