Myles Garrett shook hands with Lamar Jackson after the Ravens’ QB made an impossible TD throw

Talk about respect!

When you’re playing against Lamar Jackson, there’s always a possibility he’ll make you look like a fool on defense.

Myles Garrett found this out the hard way on Sunday night in a messy game between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cleveland Browns. With the Ravens only up by three in the third quarter and facing a red zone third and 10, Jackson made something out of nothing with his legs, as he often does. Facing down a fierce Browns blitz, Jackson was able to backpedal long enough to find an open Mark Andrews in the end zone, who made the sliding catch for the 13-3 lead.

For reference, Jackson started this play in the shotgun at the 19 yard line and eventually made the pass at the 35 yard line. Just ridiculous stuff.

This, alongside Andrews’ wild one-handed catch a few plays earlier, were the best moments of this football game by far.

And Garrett knew he got beat bad too, as after the play he and Jackson exchanged handshakes in a clear “you got me good” moment.

The best part, however, is the reaction of Jadeveon Clowney not far away from the proceedings, as the defensive end threw down his helmet in disgust and annoyance at himself and walked off.

The duality! You gotta love it.
